Hi, I’m Michael Gold, founder of Gold Project Management.

My path to Fractional Project Management wasn’t conventional – it was a pivot sparked by experience, exploration, and a desire to create real impact.

After a decade delivering complex projects in the creative and e-learning industries, I realised traditional roles weren’t cutting it. Businesses needed flexibility, not just full-time hires, and I craved work that allowed freedom and focus.

In 2020, I took a leap. I stepped into remote work, managing projects across time zones while traveling the world. It taught me something invaluable: success doesn’t mean burnout, and flexibility isn’t just nice to have – it’s essential.
