Meet Michael
Gold Project Management was founded by Michael Gold, a delivery specialist who’s spent over a decade helping teams in learning, tech, and creative industries turn big plans into organised progress.

Michael has built project management offices from scratch, joined up systems that never quite spoke to each other, and turned messy communication chains into smooth, transparent workflows. Along the way, he’s led global learning and transformation programmes for brands like EY, Vodafone, IKEA, and Skillsoft — always with the same calm, structured approach that earns trust fast, but manages to keep it lighthearted and fun too.
That mix of clarity, understanding, and quiet control now defines everything Gold PM does — helping companies scale without losing their rhythm.
