Case Study: Building delivery infrastructure for an AI consultancy in scale-up mode

Attercop is a fast-growing AI consultancy with world-class engineers and an expanding client base; from enterprise data projects to proof-of-concepts for private equity portfolio companies. Case Study: Creating a scalable launch system for Skillsoft

When Skillsoft expanded its instructor-led portfolio, the challenge wasn’t demand, it was delivery. Product, Enablement, and Operations were each running at full speed, but without a shared system to align content creation, trainer readiness, and go-live coordination. We worked across teams in the US, EMEA, and MEA to redesign the end-to-end process, from intake through to launch. A shared operating framework was introduced, combining a unified intake form, milestone-based scheduling in Smartsheet, and standardised checklists covering materials, trainer assignments, labs, and pricing approvals.

Alongside this, we simplified handovers between departments, introduced vendor options to absorb translation and instructional design workload, and coordinated regional pilots to validate the new process.

Within twelve weeks, Skillsoft moved from reactive firefighting to predictable delivery.

Case Study: Turning a bespoke learning product into a scalable system at AVT Learning

AVT Learning asked Gold Project Management to help transform their ChangeLabs product from a one-off innovation into a repeatable, scalable learning solution.

What began as a creative concept had grown fast, but each client build still felt like starting from scratch. Teams were working hard—just not efficiently together.

We worked with AVT’s project, creative, and digital teams to map their entire delivery process and uncover where time and effort were being lost. Using those insights, we designed a single operating framework that standardised how ChangeLabs is built, reviewed, and launched.

That included developing reusable templates and workflows in Figma and their Learning Experience Platform, creating SOPs for briefing, version control, and quality checks, and introducing a RACI model so everyone knew exactly where responsibility sat. We also supported the rollout of Zoho to give real-time visibility into project progress and resource use, and advised on commercial modelling for modular pricing.
